Website Design for Dentists: Your website, free of charge.
You only pay for the appointments it brings you.
We don’t charge you to build your practice’s website: we build it, you see the finished product, and then you decide. After that, you pay only a monthly subscription fee—covering hosting and agents—starting at €199. For a dental practice, the goal isn’t just to have a website—it’s to stop losing patients who call while you’re treating a patient.
And to avoid violating the code of ethics while trying to do so. Much of what is sold to dental practices elsewhere is off-limits to you: we’ll tell you which items are prohibited, and we won’t stock them.

Without the system
The patient will call the office back at the following time
The chair is occupied, and the switchboard rings unanswered. He searches for “dentists accepting new patients” and calls the third result.
With
He leaves his number without bothering you
The text message is sent on behalf of the practice. You can call back between patients, without interrupting treatment.
A practice isn't short on patients. It's the calls that are missing.
It’s 3:42 p.m. You’re in the middle of a cavity filling, wearing gloves, with the surgical drape in place. The phone rings at the front desk: someone is looking for a dentist who’s accepting new patients. No one picks up. The caller doesn’t leave a message. He calls the next one. You’ll never even know he existed.

The least expensive patient of the year is the one who was already calling you.
Creating a website for a dentist, then, isn’t just about the online storefront—it’s about managing the front desk. And it’s not just a matter of phone calls. It’s about the appointment a patient forgot, leaving the dental chair empty for forty-five minutes; the treatment plan agreed to verbally but never rescheduled; and the follow-up patients who haven’t returned in three years and whom no one has called to remind them.
A nice website doesn't fill any of these gaps. That's why we're offering it to you:
The real value lies in what's going on behind the scenes. The hard work is the
local SEO and what happens after the click.
The factors that matter in this profession
Creating a website for a dentist doesn’t end with going live: it’s what’s running behind the scenes that
makes it profitable. The complete catalog includes fourteen tools—you’ll find them on the
page for local businesses. Here are the ones we prioritize installing
in a dental practice, in this order.
After-hours voice agent
The phone rings one Saturday morning. A voice answers, understands what you need, and schedules the appointment in your calendar.
Text Message for a Missed Call
If you don't answer, the customer receives a text message within a second—sent in your name—before they dial the next number.
Appointment Confirmation and Reminder
The customer confirms the day before. You no longer have to make a trip for nothing.
Optimizing the Google Listing
Your profile will go from "half-filled out" to complete, based on all the criteria Google considers.
Website Chat Assistant
It's 9 p.m., and a visitor is on the fence. He gets a real answer—not a form to fill out.
Reactivating Inactive Customers
Your customers from two years ago are receiving a note. There are always a few who had a project in mind.
Local Keyword Research
Let's stop competing on "plumber Paris" and focus on what your customers are actually searching for.
Local Quotes
Your name, address, and phone number, listed exactly the same way in the directories that Google cross-references.
Monthly Report on Recovered Funds
Every month, a detailed breakdown of what the system has recovered for you.
What We Won't Plug In at Your Place
An agency that sells you everything it knows how to do puts you at risk. Here are the three things
that we won’t implement at your company, even if they sell very well elsewhere.
Google Review Requests
It’s the best-selling product at dental offices, and that’s a mistake. The code of ethics prohibits communication that “relies on third-party testimonials,” and the Dental Board considers the routine sending of a text message after an appointment to be a solicitation of testimonials. Don’t activate it—no matter what your next-door neighbor does for a living, even if that’s what they sold it to him for.
Before-and-after photos and patient testimonials
The same logic applies: no testimonials from third parties, no comparisons with other practitioners, and nothing that encourages unnecessary use of healthcare services. Your website describes your background, your skills, and the terms under which you practice—which the December 2020 decree explicitly authorizes you to do.
Health Data in the Chatbot
The website assistant collects a name, a preferred time slot, and a one-line reason. It does not ask any medical questions and does not retain any clinical information. It is a reception desk that responds at 9 p.m., not a patient record.
Instead, you set up a satisfaction SMS that goes back to the practice, not to Google. You’ll know who left unhappy before they write anything, and you can call them back. That’s good service—and there’s nothing stopping you from doing that.

How much does it cost to create a website for a dentist?
Zero. We’ll build a website for your dental practice for free, and you’ll only pay a monthly subscription fee once the site is approved. No setup fees, no design charges.

Let's take a look together at how this would look in your home—in just fifteen minutes. There's no obligation.
Three steps—and you make the decision in the second one
We're building the website
Based on your information and what your future customers are actually looking for in your city. That’s our core business: we’re an SEO agency first and foremost, before we’re a website provider. You don’t have to do anything, and you don’t have to pay anything.
We'll show it to you via video call
Fifteen minutes, screen sharing. You'll see the finished website. If you don't like it, we'll stop right there, and it won't have cost you a thing.
We're connecting the agents
Online posting, tracking number, Google listing, selected agents. Then, every month, you receive a report of what the system has tracked down.
Questions We Are Asked
Does all of this comply with the code of ethics?
That’s the first question we ask ourselves before plugging anything in. Since the December 2020 decree, you are free to share information with the public—including on a website—about your skills, your professional background, and your terms of practice. The limits are clear: no third-party testimonials, no comparisons with other practitioners, and nothing that encourages unnecessary use of healthcare services. The website we’re building stays within these limits, and practitioners who do not comply are not listed on it.
Are you asking my patients for Google reviews?
No. The Order considers the routine sending of a text message after a consultation to be a solicitation for reviews—and therefore a violation. This is not done at a dentist’s office, even though the feature exists for other professions. What remains permitted and useful is ensuring your Google listing is complete and easy to find, and responding to existing reviews within the limits of professional confidentiality.
Will the voice assistant replace my assistant?
No. It only activates if no one answers—after hours, during a treatment, or when the line is already busy. If your assistant answers, nothing happens. It only takes over when the call would otherwise go unanswered.
What about missed appointments?
This is the position where you see the return on your investment the fastest, because an empty chair costs money. The patient receives a confirmation when the appointment is made, then a reminder the day before with the option to reschedule with just a quick message. A slot that opens up the day before can be refilled; a patient who doesn’t show up cannot.
A free website for a dentist? What's the catch?
There aren't any. Setting up the website costs you nothing, and you don't pay anything until you've seen it. We earn our income from the monthly subscription, which covers hosting and staff. If you don't like the website, just let us know, and that's the end of it.
How long will it take to get the website online?
You'll have a video call with them before making any decision. Once you say yes, the system goes live and agents are set up right away.
